Outside, guests can enjoy a small side yard, perfect for children or pets. For dock access, walk across the street to a parking lot with a sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, a metal gate leads to a long double-decker dock. A community game area offers seating, a grill, and games like volleyball, corn hole, and ladder toss. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
