Main St and S 3rd St, right above the 85 C Bakery. The building & neighborhood are both amazing & safe, right in the lively hustle bustle of things. The condo is move-in ready, fully furnished, all you have to do is bring your clothes & toiletries, and you're ready to go! If you prefer for it to be unfurnished, we can work something out. See below for a full list of descriptions regarding this condo: - 850 sqft of living space! - High end finishes: hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, new baseboards, window treatments, plenty of natural light - Chef's Kitchen: plenty of honey-oak cabinetry, granite countertop, peninsula, stainless steel appliances including range, oven, dishwasher, and oversized double-panel fridge!
