Fully furnished to meet all of your needs, this fabulous coastal cottage provides you with 3 bedrooms (2 queen and 2 twin beds), and 2 sleep sofas. Thanks to recent renovations, there are 2 new, full baths and a gorgeous, completely upgraded kitchen with custom cabinetry and high-end stainless steel appliances. The spacious first floor features beautiful, wide pine floors, throughout, and the living room and dining room offer plenty of space for entertaining or lounging. There are 2 screened porches that overlook Rocky Point Cove, a private backyard, grill & fire pit, and access to 3 beaches! There is a laundry room in the cottage, and pets are considered. GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have full use of the house, the screened porches, the backyard, parking, and the land across the street is privately owned and included in the property. From this area, Guests will be able to access two private but shared beaches. There is a third, swim-able beach on the other end of the cove, which is within walking distance of the cottage. There is a grill, a fire pit and a picnic table in the backyard. THE COTTAGE: The cottage is situated on a large piece of property in Hannaford Cove and has been owned by the same family for over 100 years. The cottage was built by the grandfather of the current owners whose father was born in the house in 1917. KITCHEN: This brand new kitchen features gorgeous pine floors, high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with French doors, range/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker) spotless, white cabinetry and granite countertops. All dishes, utensils, and cookware are provided. LIVING ROOM: Featuring exposed wood and beams, stained glass windows, and a wood stove, the rustic charm of the cottage is fully on display in the spacious and cozy living room. Space is furnished with a leather sofa, a love seat, a coffee table, an end table with a lamp, and an entertainment cabinet (flat screen tv, DVD player). There is also a small table with 3 chairs that is situated under the windows that overlook the cove. DINING ROOM: The rustic, character of the cottage continues into the large dining room. The walls and ceilings are exposed wood and beams, and the wide pine floors and stained glass windows are repeated throughout the space. Furnished with a beautiful, long dining room table, 6 chairs, a cabinet, some shelving and an additional chair, this room has everything you need for comfortable dining experiences. BATHROOM/LAUNDRY ROOM: Located on the first floor, this completely renovated bathroom features beautiful, pine floors, a claw foot tub/shower, new pedestal sink and toilet, and a stackable washer and dryer that are tucked away neatly into a closet within the bathroom. Towels are provided. BEDROOM 1: This cozy bedroom is located on the second floor (next to the screened in porch that overlooks the cove), and features exposed wood and beams. Furnished with a queen size bed that is draped in luxury bed linens, a bedside table, a comfy reading chair, this room also has a closet for clothing storage. BEDROOM 2: Also located on the second floor, this bedroom features the same rustic cottage charm as the other bedrooms. Furnished with a queen size bed and dressed in luxury bedding, a bedside table with lamp, this room also has a closet for storage. BEDROOM 3: This charming and cozy bedroom also features the same exposed wood walls and is furnished with 2 twin size beds. All bedding is provided. BATHROOM 2: This brand new, full bath is located on the second floor, convenient to all 3 bedrooms. Featuring tiling and woodwork, this beauty of a bathroom boasts a full-size tub and shower, a vanity with a granite countertop, and cabinets for storage. PORCHES: The cottage has two porches that overlook the cove. One is located on the first level and is furnished with a wicker sofa and chairs. The other porch is located on the second floor and is furnished with lounge chairs. BACKYARD: Your private backyard features a fire pit with a seating area that includes 4 Adirondack chairs, a grill, and a picnic table. PET POLICY: Renters wishing to bring their pets must disclose this during the initial booking process. Renters will be charged $50/night for each pet. The pet fee is non-refundable and must be paid directly to the management company. Pet owners must agree to sign a pet policy agreement upon arrival. If a renter is found to have brought a pet without approval, the renter will be charged directly or the fee will be deducted from the security deposit. The fee will increase to $75/night per pet for bringing pets without proper approval. Additional information: We have made the cottage as self-sufficient and turn-key as possible. We understand things come up and will respond to emails about any problems or to help with any questions. Guests will be provided a code to the key-less entry on the day of arrival.
