Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed on fabric couches/chairs and beds; any evidence or damages will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation. No parties or undeclared social gatherings are allowed, and guests will be charged $500.00 for breaking this rule.
