Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed on fabric couches/chairs and beds; any evidence or damages will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation. No parties or undeclared social gatherings are allowed, and guests will be charged $500.00 for breaking this rule. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
