About This Property

This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home is fully furnished with off street parking, beautiful large fenced in yard, covered front porch, washer and dryer, located on a quiet street with just a 5 minute walk to the pier and 10 miles to UNE. Available for a 9 month term beginning September 1, 2024 thru May 31, 2025 for $2500 per month including all utilities, plus $2500 security deposit. Rent includes heat, hot water, snow removal, electricity, WIFI, dish tv, dishwasher, outside grill, furniture, utensils, pots and pans. Tenant will need to provide linens and towels. No smoking, one cat or one dog under 50 lbs accepted with $500 pet security deposit. First months rent and security deposit of $2,500 due at lease signing.
