About This Property

Simply a fantastic rental! You will love this 1776 square foot 5 bedroom, 2 bath first floor rental with a 2-car garage with finished flooring and a paver driveway, use of the rear and side yard too! The owners had not planned on moving, and so updated the kitchen beautifully featuring a Monogram stove, Bosch Dishwasher, Electrolux Refrigerator. There are ductless Mini splits have been for your heating/cooling pleasure and there is a new boiler too! The primary bedroom has it's own updated bathroom, and the hall bathroom has a shower too! Recessed lighting throughout, gas heat, the windows were replaced, LG washer/dryer in hallway closet too! Perfect! What else can I say! Oh! the owners installed a water filter and there is attic space for you too! Just 30 minutes from New York City by train.
