The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. The number of guests must be updated to the correct amount, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and any attempt to tamper with it may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time.
