Yvonne was absolutely amazing! Very quick to respond to all my questions! Moved from out of the area, she got me approved and we moved in right away. Love it here...LOCATION is amazing! Pool is great, and quiet, gym is great, dog park is plenty for what is needed, love the grills all over, and we lucked out and got lake view which is very nice! Community is quiet. Parking is GREAT for an apartment! Enjoy seeing all the birds around. Just a few minor maintenance things needed done. I put in request and within an hour they were here, fixed the issues and gone! Plenty of storage in. Laundry room. Property is well maintained. Rent is actually on the lesser side especially for all that you get! The other front desk lady was also very friendly and accomodating!

I have been living at Reserve at Port St. Lucie going on 4 months. The apartment is very spacious, cozy, clean with a very nice laundry room and spacious washer and dryer. Apartment is also free from bugs. The staff is exceptional (especially Yvonne and Terry) and maintenance crew is extremely helpful, polite and completes maintenance job quickly and efficiently. Grounds are kept well and it's a convenient location in respect to jobs, school, hospital, stores, restaurants and beaches. Keep up the good work. I recently just moved into the Reserve at Port St. Lucie and I’ve had a great experience living here. The entire process was surprisingly simple and the leasing agent Yvonne was extremely helpful. The maintenance staff is friendly and are always willing to help. The neighborhood is clean and the residents are friendly. There are people of all ages that live here and yet it’s surprisingly quiet. A real find. I would recommend living here to my friends.

Just wanted to pass on the great service I received when I stopped in at Reserve at Port St Lucie Apartments. I stopped in the leasing office and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and very informative. Disappointed they didn't have the one bedroom apartment I am in need of. I asked if I could drive through the community to see what it looked like, she stated, that was fine. The grounds and buildings were very clean. I saw a few people out walking and a few residents enjoying the pool. All the amenities looked very nice. I wished they had the apartment available when I was looking to move, but I will keep my eye out. Reserve at Port St Lucie looks like a great place to live (that must be why they don't have any apartments available).
Great staff that is very helpful in the front office. Nice, professional and very responsive. The maintenance guys respond to issues immediately which is nice.
Location is great. A lot of nice places around. The residents and staff were very inviting and pleasant.

I am so happy with the choice I made about my new apartment. I love living at the Reserve at Port St Lucie. I have the cutest apartment. I love living by the park, as I enjoy going for a run every now and again. If I feel like going to the gym, they have a nice one here. Or if I just want to relax by the pool, it's so peaceful out there. I'm only a few minutes away from the store or to do my grocery shopping. I love where I live.
I have been here just short of a year. The office staff and maintenance staff are beyond amazing and readily available to help. Yesterday our AC was not working correctly and the problem was remedied within a couple of hours. An on-call worker came after hours and on a holiday weekend to fix the problem. This place is amazing.

Maintenance has improved, they answer calls within the day now. Walls are paper thin and it needs new weather proofing. Apartment was not in the best move in condition. Due to the need of weather proofing and the need for energy efficient appliances the energy bill is a little high. The AC does not cool down as well as I would have hoped. All in all the apartment has improved since i moved in almost one year ago. If you want affordable rent and don't mind the downsides I would recommend it.
As a resident of the Reserve Apartment Homes, I enjoy the Eden like scenery as I drive through the entrance gated community. This property is beautiful to look at and has a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. My apartment home is very comfortable, an enjoyment to live in and the management office home is a site to see. The management specialists are very welcoming and compassionate to say the least. Thank God for the pool and exercise room because I need it. When I'm present at the management house I honestly feel apart of this family.
I've finally found a place to call home. This is the first apartment that I can say is perfect. There's nothing I don't like here. It's very peaceful and I have some of the nicest neighbors. Everyone here is friendly.I finally feel like my kids and I finally fit in some where. The staff here are kind and tend to your needs very quickly as well.I couldn't be any happier. Best decision I made moving here.
Its been a rough year to say the least. Moving home from the military and adjusting to civilian life is not a easy transition. Along with the transition to civilian life, trying to find a place to live that meets your needs and expectations always is more difficult than first imagined. The staff at The Reserve at Saint Lucie were absolutely nothing short of amazing. Understanding the stress and multiple steps of getting an apartment is something they take seriously and they are so professional in the way they go about their job, it is something that is a rare occasion these days. I have and will recommend them for years and years to come. By far the best staff in South Florida.
When I was moving to Florida, I had to find an apartment super quickly because I was moving by myself (I'm 25) from Maryland to Florida for a new job and had to start the job in three weeks. I called about 20-25 places with no luck. I called the Reserve at Port St Lucie, and was immediately helped with my concerns and had an apartment a few hours later to call home. The leasing consultant was friendly, quick, and very organized. She now knows me by name. The maintenance workers are friendly and introduced themselves to me when I walked in. I enjoy this apartment complex and its amenities- pool, gym, gated entrance/exit...and did I mention I LOVE having my own laundry room-and a pantry?! It's the little things that really make you feel at home, and the Reserve at Port St Lucie has really made me feel welcome 1000 miles away from my home!

However, when my lease expired in my last rental home, a friend asked me if I had considered apartment living. I said no, but I decided that I had nothing to lose and I would give it a try. The Reserve at St. Lucie was the first apartment complex that I looked at, and I was very impressed from the beginning. The property is very well kept, the office personnel is both professional and friendly, and even the maintenance personnel are fun loving, knowledgeable and responsive! They addressed any issues with the apartment before I moved in -- before I could even notice them (though they pointed them out to me). The Reserve at Port St. Lucie is a nice family environment. My neighbors are friendly and it has been a very smooth transition from living in a house. In fact, everything was so great that I never looked at another apartment. I am extremely happy with the choice that I made, and I'm glad to now call The Reserve at Port St. Lucie home!!
My apartment where i'm living is in a great location. A few minutes away from me is the hospital, you can say it's in my backyard. We have a walking trail behind the complex.We're close to restaurants, grocery stores and the mall.Our staff is very helpful, if you call they're always on time to fix anything. I'll recommend this apartment to anyone. There're a dog park, pool gym and computer lab. This is a great place to live.
The leasing company has changed! They are making changes, its good for the price! Its a great area for families like we are!
