      There is trash everywhere. Sidewalks dirty with dog waste and pee. Hallways are dirty people walking dogs with no leash also poop in it

      Great service and friendly residents! We’ve just barely moved in, but Kellen answered LOTS of questions for me. He was friendly and really made me feel confident that The Walk was the right choice. So far lots of people have walked by with dogs and been so friendly! The building is so close to Las Olas for convenience, but still maintains a quiet, neighborhood vibe. The place is kept very clean and there are great amenities! I’m so excited to start our new life there!

      great location There's a lot of negativity on the comments about this place but my observations are it is always clean and great amenities. The only negative are all the dogs and the owners can't seem to clean up after them.

      Needs work Overall they do a nice job keeping up with a lot of daily chores and clean up. But not with exterior glass. The windows are filthy year round on a lot of low level floors and is a disgrace to the building. They also need to find a way to manage and clean pet waste areas around building entrances doors. Some times the stench walking out is offensive.!! The second story cat walk always has debris and dead birds on them for months. It’s horrible to walk by.

      Do Not Live Here - Anything but Luxury

      Elevators are consistently broken, there is consistent dog pee or waste in the hallways on a weekly basis, the trash rooms are overrun with trash, the tenants are not vetted properly, the halls smell like weed, our dog park is filthy on a daily basis with dog waste, airbnb users are in/out, our pool furniture has mold, and there is no one to contact after-hours.

      This place is sad and downright dangerous at times. The elevators are always breaking and the south tower has not had two working elevators in months. As the previous poster noted, that is a major inconvenience. Tenants here view this as a frat house and throw parties late into the night. Management will blame anyone but themselves for the conditions and respond to every complaint with an invitation to talk to them but they refuse to take any action no matter how clear the issue is so it’s simply not worth your energy. Everything here is broken. You can do much better for much less.

      I do not recommend.

      Bad  1. There is no security.  In the downtown area, we should have security. A man tried to attack me outside of the North tower. 2. Almost every day there is dog poop and/or pee on the floor in the common areas or in the elevators. One time I found spit in the elevator. 3. The design of the building is poor. If you are in the North tower, you either have to take two different flights of stairs or two different elevators to get to your car unless your apartment and parking are on the 1st, 4th or 8th floor. 4. The elevators in the South tower have been out of order on several occasions. I got stuck in one of them recently. 5. The package room is too small and it is usually a mess . Some of my packages have never been found. I used to spend at least 20 minutes each day looking for my packages. Some of my packages were  found in the wrong locations in the package room. I feel like if Las Olas Walk staff organized the package room each day, had the large packages delivered to the apartments or had one package room for large packages and another room for small packages, and  if staff  checked everyday to see if packages are in there for people who don't even live here anymore and call those people to pick them up, then the package room would be much better.  There is hardly any room to walk in the package room without hitting a package. I have also had packages fall dangerously close to me.  It is also very hot in that room. 6. There is no guest parking during the day. Your guests have to park on the street or a parking lot a block away and pay for parking. The overnight guest pass for the garage ends early in the morning. There is not a lot of guest parking. 7. Las Olas Walk has Pelotons in the gym, but apartment staff have not provided a username and password to residents (that I am aware of). I have emailed management about this, but have not gotten a response to my last email. It's very disingenuous to market Pelotons as an apartment amenity, but not provide a username and password to the residents. A Peloton is only as good as the membership that you have.   Good 1. Great location. Close to shops, bars, and restaurants. 2. If you work downtown, it's a quick commute. 3. Modern looking apartments. 4. No carpet in the apartment which is good for people with allergies. 5. Free coffee 6. Mini Mart 7. Tide Dry Cleaning lockers.
