Absolutely love the people and the staff who in all reality become family. I would recommend to anyone. The green space is more than any other complex that you find in this area. I felt very comfortable leaving my mom (who is my best friend) alone to live here in this complex. I feel that she is safe and that she has everything she will need. I want to thank the staff for all the support they have given us through this new journey. Thank you

I moved into Iona Lakes apartments the middle of February 2018 and I have nothing but pleasant experiences. The first 2 weeks I was here the front office called almost every day and asked if I was pleased and if there was anything they could do for me. I have had 2 minor maintenance issues and they were fixed as soon as I reported them. The environment here is fantastic and the neighbors are very friendly. I am glad I chose Iona Lakes apartments and it is nice to see a staff that goes the extra mile to please all their tenants. Francis J Giordano

I currently live at Iona Lakes it is nice and quiet with great amenities. I am moving from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom and they have made the process so easy. Glad i have the opportunity to continue living there
great quiet place , nice pool , club house and fitness center are being completely remodeled ! Staff treats you very kindly and maintenance staff is great !
The office people are very rude and unprofessional. The maintenance man goes in and out of homes without reason. And they do not follow the lease that we the tenant signs. And rent goes up by at least $100 every time you renew. I would not recommend anyone to live here.

MY 1 BR 1BA APARTMENT WAS BEAUTIFUL. tHE WHOLE END OF MY LIVING ROOM WAS GLASS OVERLOOKING A LAKE WITH A NICE FOUNTAIN OUT THERE. UNFORTUNATELY JUST AS MY LEASE WAS EXPIRING I FELL AND FRACTURED MY HIP. I HAD TO COME INTO A NURSING HOME TO LET IT HEAL WHICH IS WHERE I AM NOW. I REALLY MISS MY LANAI WHICH I PUT INDOOR OUTDOOR CARPET DOWN. IT WENT VERY WELL WITH MY TABLE AND CHAIRS; A BRONZE COLOR.

Seeking to relocate from Dallas Texas area (The Colony, TX) to Southwest Florida I flew here several times and drove the streets in addition to utilizing the internet for searches. Initially I put money down on a place nearby however after my return trip to Dallas, I realized it was just too expensive for a Senior on Social Security. Back to the "drawing board" after losing my good faith deposit due to changing my mind. Then, I found Iona Lakes Apartment Community. The community is wonderful! My Leasing Consultant, Brandon was amazing working with me via the phone and internet to make sure I got a great new apartment home. I sit in my living room looking out onto a great little lake stocked with fish, watch Great White Egrets, Ospreys, Ducks of many types, Anhingas, Ibis, Big Blue Herons, Small Blue Herons, Tri-Colored Herons, I even saw a Green Heron the other day and a Sea Otter several months ago. Turtles, and all the great creatures that love to fish in our lake. It is not unusual to see Balk Eagles here in SW Florida. The property is full of shade trees, small bird population often being awakened by the tap tap tap of a Pileated Woodpecker! We have a walking path, tennis courts, onsite laundry facilities, ( i have my on W/D) . a place to vacuum and wash your vehicle. This is a pet friendly community, there are even some stray cats that follow dog owners on their walks! Good neighbors, a great place to live. You will always find folks that are not happy with management of some type but then those are usually unhappy people. Their loss. I love this place in fact my son and his GFF visited last year and have now moved from Dallas to find work here! I couldn't be happier. Come be my neighbor.

I love living here. I'm a young adult. I work odd hours and feel super safe living here! I don't have to work about loud street noise or neighbors! I love going to the clean pool and relaxing. It's a great place to live!
Office staff are very nice, friendly and honest. I have been living here for a year and I love it. They are upgrading many apartments and the community for a better living. Maintenance service are on point within same day or next following day. Over all 1 out of 10. I grade the community an 9 :)
