Property Ratings at 10X Harbour Pines
This is one of the better places I have lived at. It is clean and quite. It was a bit hard to get into though because there is not a lot available, which tells you something. The rent is a little lower because there are not as many amenities as other communities, but who really uses them. There is a beautiful pool here with picnic tables and grills and lots of grassy areas. It is easy to get to places like the beach and the mall and places to eat. My apartment is really large, two very large bedrooms and I love my screened in porch. I wish they had ceiling fans, but I was able to put up my own so I was ok with that. Really nice place to live.
I have lived here for 6 months now. When I moved in the apartment was very clean. The rooms are very large and the screed patio has a door that opens to the outside, which I didn't see at any other places. The rent is less than most other places I looked at. The grounds are kept very nice and clean and it is very quiet here. I like that I get one reserved parking in front of my building. The pool is beautiful and I can use the fitness center at their sister property next door. I really am very happy here.
The reason the rent is so cheap here, is because there is absolutely nothing included. There isn't even a room for your storage. We suggest you keep looking.
