Property Ratings at 10X Harbour Palms
Nice quiet neighborhood, certain aesthetics in the apartment are a bit outdated. They respond to maintenance requests fairly quickly. Main drawback of living here is no in unit washer/dryer.
They do not maintain their apartments properly. I lived there a little over a year. Had a terrible mold problem due to their negligence with maintaining the AC unit in my apartment. I brought in 2 mold specialists that confirmed that their AC unit was not maintained properly and was "sweating" which caused moisture to enter the vents and produce mold. I had to stay in a hotel for 3 weeks, lost all my furniture due to the mold contamination and I never received a penny from Harbor Palms for it. They blamed me for the mold saying I kept the apartment too dark, which was not true as I had plug in lamps since they do not provide light fixtures in their rooms. Long story short, just find another property. There are a lot better places to lie in the area the cost the same or less! The staff was extremely rude and acted like they were doing favors and not getting paid.

My husband & I just signed to start our 4th year at Harbour Palms.. We have found the staff to always be very helpful & Jose in maintenance is great. He is always polite & completes the job quickly & efficiently. Ronnie has been here since the beginning and has always pleasant & addresses our issues. Jessie is the manager & if we have a concern she jumps right in and takes care of the problem. The grounds & pool area are always well maintained. We were new to apartment living when we moved in & we love it here.. Thanks to this great staff we enjoy living at Harbour Palms.
I recently moved into Harbour Palms. The 2/2 is an average apartment. The place was clean and the carpets seem new. And, the pool, gym and laundry facilities are really nice. But, what impressed me the most was the staff. Especially a lady named Bella. Throughout the application and move in process she honestly went above and beyond for me. She even stayed late one night to finish processing applications so that no one would have to wait longer than necessary to find out if they were accepted. And even when staying late to catch up on paperwork, she still answers the phone with a more than cheerful voice (we all know she doesn't have to answer the phone after hours). If you're on the fence and comparing communities that all seem to meet your needs, I would choose Harbour Palms just because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the office staff. I spoke to lots of places before applying here and the staff is the reason I chose to live here. It's just an added bonus that the apartments are nice and the residents are quiet and friendly too :-)
The very first week I moved into harbor pines , I had to call maintenance out 3 TIMES ! First my apartment flooded , then the shelf in the kitchen fell , and all my dishes broke . Lastly , I was charged an additional $500 to pay for the paper wood flooring for for two scratches . The kitchens are out dated , but I've heard that some apartments are up dated . The front office is pretty nice , maintenance is OK ! If he continue to call them and put a rush request . Overall the apartments are ok if your looking for a cheap place to live .
This property has gone down hill dramatically in the last 18 months. The overall upkeep is dwindling. Peoples maintenance requests go unanswered or MORE IMPORTANTLY unresolved. We have been without the use of the pool for over 6 weeks this year alone! There was an active shooter on premies within the last 3 months. Don't rent here!
The complex is warm and welcoming. Work orders are completed in a timely fashion. The lock out fee (for after hours is ridiculous). The front office staff is usually helpful.
THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS IN A RURAL AREA CLOSE TO THE MAIN ROAD. THE BEACH IS NOT FAR AND IT IS CLOSE TO MY WORK. IT IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE SUPER MARKET AND THE CIVIC CENTER WHERE ALL OF THE FUN FESTIVITIES ARE HELD. IT HAS A POOL, AND GYM AREA, IS VERY PET FRIENDLY, WONDERFUL STAFF, AND HAS VERY BEAUTIFUL, WELL MAINTAINED LANDSCAPE.
I moved to my new apartment four months ago. What I love about the apartment is the size of the rooms. I bought new furniture and the interior design that I did makes it look so sweet and comfortable. Its hard for me to leave for work in the morning since I have made it so special. With the economy winning this would be wonderful.
I am very happy leaving in this apartment complex, I have been here for two years already and it is been wonderful, the people from the office is very helpful and polite,the manteince is very good, is a very nice place to leave..
Love my apartment and complex. Nice and friendly neighbors and great office staff. If something's not working in my unit, maintenance is always here to fix it within a day of me calling. Apartment rent includes a lot for a great price. Nice gym, clubhouse, and pool area with grills. Laundry room could be cleaner and regular maintenance and cleaning should be done on the machines. There's a lot of times that multiple washers and dryers are out of order making it difficult if it's crowded in there. Prices of laundry are great compared to local laundry mats! Overall I would say its a great place to live alone or with your family!
This complex is central to many of the things I do on a weekly basis, and I have use of a laundry facility that is kept clean, as well as a fitness room, pool and community room with wi-fi. I'm used to my creature comforts, and having them right nearby. I work solely at home, so I can easily walk or take my bike to go just about everything. It helps that this community offers it all and the neighbors in my building have been pretty good. This year marks my eighth year. Maintenance takes care of problems quickly, and pest control is free any Tuesday you schedule. Its too bad cable will cost next year though but overall I would say I was content. ~SetinMyWays in PSL
The staff here are so kind. This is my first apartment and all I can say is that they have been incredibly helpful every step of the way.
My apartment is comfortable, spacious, modern light fixtures nice carpeting and floor. well kept and nice closets. I would change the kitchen cabinets to something more modern otherwise ok . Love the fact that we are close to work, school, stores and the hospital . My favorite part the POOL is always clean.
My title says it all. Every community has its own pros and cons. Though i found more pros than cons about my apartment. The servicing time is bit slower than expected. I wish they improve on that. If you lose your key or you accidentally forget your key inside your apartment and get locked out, be prepared to pay $100 (and yes even though its a genuine mistake, they still don't spare those $100 , at least for first timers). Free unlimited AC filters provided by leasing office. In short, love the place.
My apartment complex is amazing.im 18 and this is me n my fiance first apartment. We have 2 kids and this place has lots of space for my 2 sons. We really been struggling alot and times has been really hard but the rent around here is cheaper than most places and the team and maintanence is always doing rhere job right. Anything i have ever needed they were here to get the job done. In order to keep up with rent and bills is to save your money. And any monthly checks until all bills are paid. Keep watch on your kids so that thwy wont end up missing. But this apartment complex is really safe because everyone is friends and communicate with each other.
Beautiful landscaping, great neighbors, pool (no diving) SIGH, Large rooms, and a great view from the screened in patio.After adding my personal touches, a mural and ceiling fans, I have a great apartment home.
Apartment needs updates. Needs new refrigerator, counter tops, cabinets, dishwasher is old. Installed our own ceiling fans, Management has changed. No limit on size or breed of dog, dog owners don't pick up dog feces. If you have a first floor apartment, 2nd floor is very loud, neighbors slam front doors, and slamback door leading to back porch. Rent is too high for the quality of the apartments and many complaints go unanswered.
