I moved here in Feb 2024. It is a very quiet and friendly community. The staff has been very helpful. Love it here.
Will happily update this once my repairs have been made but at this time they are stating that the owner will not give them approval to fix my roof since July of 2023. That's right - We're tarp living in hurricane country.
The staff members are very professional, courteous n they treat you like family. The atmosphere n the environment (landscaping) well taken care. When you live you can be assured you're safe n treated like family.
Disappointed and how this office runs things. Very unprofessional. They will tell u that they will have 1 bedrooms a certain month and that they will keep u posted or call u but they never due. They will tell u that they will have something on a certain month and when u go they still will have nothing. Then when u call them they will tell u that yes they do have something available and when u go to there office they tell u they don't. They give you the run around. They are unprofessional and it seems to me that they pick and choose who they want to live in these apartments. Never have seen anything like this.

I've been living at Harbour Bay for just about 3 months now and it has been nothing but amazing. Maintenance services are great at coming out for issues, the office ladies are super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend living here. Great community.
We based our decision to live here on the great reviews, the wonderful office staff, and the beautiful model we walked through. Unfortunately, we were quickly disappointed when we moved in. The tub had mold, the exhaust fans were caked in dust, and the carpet was covered in the previous owner's pet hair. The apartment is in terrible shape and we were told in our walk-through that they will not fix or replace anything unless it is broken. When it is broken, they take forever to come out and do not call in advance. The yard maintence comes out every week and blows dirt into our patio area and our front door mat into a crumpled heap. You are not allowed to have anything on your patio except plants and furniture, but when notices are sent out about bicycles, toys, etc. nothing is ever enforced. Everything is very loud, air conditioning units are right outside the master bedroom window, doors are constantly slamming, I swear our upstairs neighbors have hooves, and people are having loud phone conversations out on their patios at all hours of the night. We can't wait until our lease is up! Also the free cable is gone, and there is a monthly fee for trash, pest control, and a short-term fee for anything less than 12 months.
I'm a single mother with a teenage daughter and we love the spacious apartment with 2 full bathrooms, walk-in closet and an oversized, screened in patio here at Harbour Bay. Safety is my foremost concern and my mind is at ease here in this community. It is quiet and it feels like we're living in a park with a lake, mature oak trees and very well maintained large common grassy areas. A separate area surrounded by large trees for shade with a volleyball court, tables, benches and bbq's are perfect for larger gatherings and parties. Some apartments come with washer/dryer and there also is a spotless laundry facility with tv next to a beautiful, large pool area with plenty of tables and lounge chairs. In the clubhouse is a very nicely equipped fitness room. Office & maintenance personnel is very friendly, welcoming, professional and always on the ball. The community is very close to shopping, dining and the interstate. Prices are fair and certainly affordable, I'm getting a bang for my buck! Standard cable is included, pets are welcome and I certainly recommend Harbour Bay. Residents range from young professionals to families to single parents to the elderly.
I have lived at Harbour Bay formally Riveria Terrace for 18 years. Been threw 10 Managers & several leasing agents & Maintenance men. I love my apartment and my neighbors. Great place to live. # 204
Building and grounds are well kept. Maintainence responds fast to problems. The gym could be a little bigger.
Decent apartment in the Palm Bay area. The common areas are clean and well kept and the staff is helpful. Service request have always been promptly responded to. There are however some negative aspects. rent continues to increase year after year and some amenities like free basic cable are going away. Also another source of frustration for me is that during thunderstorms the power often goes out multiple times.
