Apartment complex is in a great spot of town! Units are very nice. You can walk to many different restaurants, the mall or Merriweather for concerts.

Front office not responsive. Phones not answer and messages not returned or followed up on. Management never available. Recent snowfall was initially cleared but much snow remained and maintenance never finished.

The apartment is great, the area is great. The unforeseen gas outage has been miserable...

Main bathroom toilet is clogged. I've tried w multiple plungers. Would like maintenance please. Dishwasher sits a bit close to oven & afraid of damage.

A good community ruined by corporate greed. Greystar is a slum lord! They don't take care of their communities! It's sad to watch the complex become dilapidated.

Community is beautiful. Leasing agent wasn’t very communicative about the details such as trash, how to access community amenities. Apartments are well thought. Missing microwave.

The unit is pretty. The exterior can use some work. A lot of break in especially in the garage. Maintenance is very helpful. Rental Office updates daily.

No respect of resident used in a perfect way of life: Missing shelves on bathroom and kitchen cabinet , no Respond or attention on health related on mice's infected the entier Building .My regret is not been able to inspect before moving

It was easy to feel right at home. Everything looks amazing. Easy access for mail and deliveries and an amazing leasing office staff that are always kind and happy to help with any questions I throw at them.

Just moved. Loved the location and the apartment. Near to the mall, groceries and lake. Very well organized apartments. Optional storage is a plus.

10X is a welcoming community with a great location to shopping and route 29. The floor plans are spacious and accommodating. The leasing staff are very professional and courteous and willing to help with all your needs.

I was looking for a safe and clean place with good environment. The leasing experience was amazing. Staff is very good and courteous. Will definitely recommend this place.

The complex is nice and the staff is courteous and friendly. I do wish maintenance tickets could be worked sooner, however I also understand unforeseen staff changes .

10x is very nice community to call home. Beautiful well kept grounds, spacious apartments and great neighbors.

If you like to think your the only person that lives here you should more here. Although I see cars in the parking lot I never hear anything in this place. Love it

This is the worst place to live! Just this weekend someone’s car was stolen from the parking garage , a few weeks ago several tenants had the wheels stolen off of their cars in the garage. They were literally sitting on concrete slabs the garage is dark and unsafe, one of the neighbors fell and was injured so bad she required surgery, they have a valet trash service but tenants leave trash out on days and times when the service isn’t operating resulting in rodents running around in the hallway trying to get in to homes (happened just this weekend to the people across the hall), they charge an extra $20 for a package service called FETCH that steals your packages or leaves them out in front of the building to be stolen, mind you this service was supposed to alleviate package theft and mis deliveries and it’s not an option you have to pay even if you choose not to use it is what was told to me by management so 200 plus dollars for crap service, we have a crack in one of our bathroom sinks that was leaking to the cabinet under and we were forced to caulk it ourselves. When maintenance showed up they marked it as fixed and it’s not, there is NEVER anyone to answer the phone so God forbid you need to reach the leasing office, the concert goers park in the spaces we have to pay for and no one stops them, the garage is dated and the ongoing construction made it so we could not have visitors because there was no parking for us let alone them, the ongoing construction has caused the post office to refuse to deliver mail to us which means we have to drive all the way there to pick it up it has been told to us that this construction will be going on for at least a year. The company does not care about resident concerns at all they never respond unless it’s that fake message you see here which means there are never resolutions to your issues yet the rent is always paid on time which is the only concern they seem to have. The office staff don’t care and just want to get you out of the office when you have a problem. Please save your money, time, and stress levels it’s just not worth it. I am only still here because of all the hassle in moving don’t make the same mistake I did. My rent has been raised despite all of the ongoing issues. The price is high and the product is not worth it at all regardless of location. I am currently looking for a new home and working on a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Howard County Department of Housing.

The best thing about 10X is the location! Maintience is great! Management is okay, Erin & Jose are the most helpful! Otherwise managements goal is to nicely get you out of the office The biggest issue is the owners. They prefer bandaids instead of fixing problems. problems grow so much that they can't ignore it anymore. Hence the garage. The county forced 10x into fixing it. Also, There are tons of flooding problems when it rains a lot. Also, the gym has been ignored for years. Half the equipment doesn’t work and there is only one treadmill. Greystar deals with a lot of consistent problems that could be dealt with if the owners were willing to provide more permanent solutions. Fyi fetch charges $5 per resident. They've also stolen people's packages. walls in halls are super dirty. There is often broken glass all over the place (which gets ignored when reported). bunch of litter and shopping carts. The cleaning team never cleans us up. Often residents will clean it up themselves

It is such a welcoming community! Everyone in the leasing office was very warm and helpful! I love how there are so many restaurants and bars around. Plus the mall is walking distance away!!

Don't move here. This is the worst rental complex in the country.

Need better maintenance team and the leasing office phones should work during the time they are in office

10x Apartment is perfectly located within walking distance to the columbia mall and the lake. Plenty of shopping and dining is in walking distance. Nothing to complain.

Well planned residential concept with secure parking and close proximity to the mall.

The apartment, the community and the neighborhood are beautiful. It is an ideal location, close to everything with tons of walking trails to explore. My issue is with the management of the complex. We do not have adequate parking due to garage renovations, the elevator does not work and we live on the third floor with an elderly dog. In addition we have a bee infestation on our deck which has rendered it useless for the last three weeks. This would be an amazing community to live in if the management actually cared about its residents.

As a resident of the 10X community for several years I can tell you living here is a great experience. The Management and Service Staff are extremely professional and helpful and truly care about you as a tenant. The apartment complex is well maintained both inside and out and the convenience of surrounding restaurants, mall and entertainment is extremely rewarding.

Nice development but its old and needs to be refreshed, especially the carpets and the paint.

Maintenance has not yet fixed thing I asked to be fixed for over 2 weeks now. Not able to wash and dry my clothes and also cook because of the ventilation isn’t working

Great apartment, great cost, and gear location!!!! Couldn't ask for more in a complex. Plenty of options for food nearby but also a great kitchen to cook.

So far so good. I like the area. Staff is friendly. My dog really likes all the trails located in this area. I have a lot more to explore but we are off to a great start.

10X is a wonderful living community. It has close proximity to everything you need and is only a 40 minute drive to DC. The pool is a wonderful place to wind down and relax. The fitness center, while it needs some updating, does the job and is quiet most of the time which is perfect. They hold community events, which is a wonderful way to get residents involved and meet each other. Apartments are beautifully done with updated appliances and are renovated. The bathroom is large and so is the bathtub, which is nice for relaxation and soaking. If prices stay the same or decrease, I plan on staying here for many years.

Easy move in, Brianna took care of my concerns quickly. Applied on Friday, was able to move in the next Tuesday. Everyone in the leasing office was helpful.

As a new resident, and someone who thoroughly read all the reviews for making my decision I want to be honest and fair for those of you considering living here. I read the reviews, and despite them I wanted to love it here so I took my chances, and I gotta say I’m kinda wishing I had listened to the warnings. I can say that Jose is very nice, probably the most professional member of the staff, if you do decide to embark on this I would request him as your leasing agent. My biggest issue here is parking. We have just been told they’re undergoing major renovations in the garage that will take over a year, and because of this there will NO VISITOR PARKING. If you’re someone who doesn’t have guest this might not be an issue. But I’m someone who’s very social, and have friends come visit me from out of town so this is a huge problem for me personally. The thing that makes it even more upsetting is the “oh well” attitude from the staff, and the lack of offering us any kind of resolve other than don’t have guest, or risk having them get towed at the library. I just find this unacceptable. In addition to this other issues I’ve had is my window leaking after a storm, luckily I work from home and caught it or it could’ve damaged my furniture, my garbage disposal clogged, and my dryer doesn’t dry my clothes. I can say maintenance did come and fix the disposal, was supposed to come back an hour later for the other issues, and literally ghosted me. This was days ago and I haven’t heard anything. I will end this on a positive note, it’s not all bad. My neighbors are super friendly, it’s generally quiet, and I love walking on the lake and the prime location. I can even deal with the maintenance issues, but had I known about the parking that would’ve been a deal breaker for me. I wasn’t warned about that so I just want any future renters to know. . And I will be updating my review as I continue to reside here. At the moment even this 3 stars is wavering

I really love living here! It’s quiet and safe. Within walking distance of the Columbia mall, numerous restaurants, the lake and Merriweather. Nice walking trails.

Maintenance is the star. It’s really easy living. The grounds are well kept. I wish they would sell me my apartment.

I love living at Columbia Town Center. It is located in downtown Columbia, Maryland. Also, it conveniently located across the street from Columbia Mall; next door to Whole Foods grocery store, many restaurants; and a beautiful lake.

Needs an overhaul on proffesionalism, communication, proper maintenance repairs, timing.

I love 10X! The maintenance team is amazing! And the community is great! I love the activities and all the brunches they host for the community.

My experience haven't been good My apartment has had mold from water damage in it twice since I moved in on March this year

I have loved living here at 10X Living at Columbia Town Center for three years now. It is conveniently located across the street from Columbia Mall, next door to Whole Foods; and it is conveniently located to downtown Silver Spring, Maryland; Baltimore, Maryland; and the District of Columbia (DC).

This is such a beautiful place to live. Plenty of things to do around and plenty of walking trails. I am looking forward to live here until I am able to afford a house.

Overall the experience was very pleasant. I did have an issue receiving my mailbox key. I had to wait a few weeks before it was made. Other than that, no issues.

Apartment is what I was looking for, staff is nice, but the outside of the apartment namely the walls and floors (concrete) need cleaning and painting.

10X has been wonderful for our move. The staff was very effective with communication and provided clear directions.

I'm enjoying my experience at 10X Living at Columbia Town Center. The community has proven to be a very quiet one with a great location. The south entrance provides easy access to 29S which is a commuter's dream and there are walking/running trails right outside your backdoor. My parking spot is in a covered parking deck which is just a few steps to my front door so I don't have to worry about dealing with bad weather. I haven't personally used the gym but it seems to have a good amount of equipment and is well maintained. I, also, find all of the workers at 10X to be hardworking and courteous.

So as of 3/18/2023 (my move out date) IT HAS NOW BEEN 79 DAYS SINCE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT! I have sent multiple emails & have been fed MULTIPLE LIES! I was first told my deposit was mailed on 5/1/23, then I was told that I was only owed $31, then I was told that due to me moving to a bigger apartment after my lease ended on my first apartment that miraculously there was a "$500 transfer fee!" I contacted the leasing office & asked them how was I charged a "transfer fee" that is nowhere in my lease and asked them to please show me in writing where this transfer fee is listed on my lease. Guess what, I haven't received an email response yet! This is beyond unprofessional! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL FEED YOU LIES AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!!!!
