Do not move to Audubon. The gross incompetence from the staff should be enough to deter you from living here, but if you do choose to move here you need to document absolutely everything. They make moving out very difficult. I moved out at the end of my lease and filled out an intent to vacate form almost two months before the end of my lease. I have now been moved out for four months and I am still dealing with them. It is very difficult to get maintenance out to fix anything. They are often unfriendly, leaving much to be desired in the ways of customer service — don’t even bother calling them after hours. They also don’t clean up after themselves. There was a toilet in our breezeway way for a week at one point from a maintenance job. Now for the pros. If you smoke cigarettes so does everyone else, it’s disgusting but this is the place to do it. It is very pet friendly, there are pets of all kinds and also lots of poop, be careful where you step. Anyway I would say that you get what you pay for, but with these prices you might as well just find a house to rent. I understand that this review is scathing, but it is not exaggerated. If you want to see first hand experience go visit the Audubon Uncensored page on Facebook. I have been moved out for four months, maybe they have their act together, but I’m not holding my breath.
we have lived here going on 3 years. My family love it here. The only complaint i may have is that most apartment complexes you drop trash in compactor and push button to compact it, here tenant puts trash in compactor and member of staff comes by and compacts it at later time. Because of that at least one a month trash compactor over flows and bags full of trash lay all over sidewalk outside of compactor. This is fault of poor design of complex designers, more than staff not checking compactor regularly. Staff are very friendly and maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. Great family atmosphere and close to many shops and food places.

I lived at Audubon Park for a little over a year, and I never had anything other than a good experience. As a young female living alone, safety was my top priority, and I never felt unsafe at this complex. The staff was always friendly, and maintenance was alway quick to fix any issue I may have. My neighbors were always quiet and respectful. The pool area was always kept very nice and clean. I wouldn't have been happy living anywhere else during my time in Daphne.

Moved in this year, later found out property has no gutters. Water ran down side walls causing moisture.which then turned into something in my unit.Multiple inspections by staff. Given no resolve I was told it was beyond maintenance until repairs were made on the exterior . I asked to transfer into another apartment and was told due to my repeated maintenance requests and communications, they were kicking me out due to my requests for repair. The poor person in charge became so hostile in her responses. Forceful verbal tactics were used, the poor dear, raising her voice in front of office staff at myself and insisting, I sign a document to break the lease and if I did not ,I had to stay in the damp environment. I am an elderly 76 year old and former pastors wife, who understands the stress that these people endure to fill vacancies listed, by their superiors. I believe at heart they are good people, but it was not shown. It is not my place to judge the owner or management.Sadly, it was demanded that I sign and give up my rights to any refund , I was also instructed to pay nearly 700.00 for 20 days in July for a unit that requires attention prior to habitation. I was told they were not worried about it, (Quote) we will paint over and move another one in, so you do not worry about it. Very sad. I Moved out on the 6th of July and offered the keys, and asked could we discuss taking the rent down some, since I was out early. Again such hostility, from an obviously overworked poor soul in the office..I do not imply all units have the same issues . In closing, after dealing with at least 3 or 4 managers as they come and go. No reasonable adult was available. I feel such empathy towards the staff, management and remaining neighbors.To bad problems could not be addressed instead of ousting the elderly and taking their money.To the staff, respect and dignity should be part of our daily life. I am implying nothing either way except to my experience. I did sign and agree to their terms as they will state, but only during duress. I am a simple Southern Baptist widow who has no money for lawyers over such things. I am guided to pray and try to forgive and forget the treatment received

I have lived here for 3 years and I wouldn't live any where else. The maintenance staff is awesome and the leasing girls are always really nice. It would be a mistake not to live here!
There is nothing more relaxing than driving into the complex and seeing all the beautiful landscaping and colorful flowers. Makes me feel proud to live here and excited when my guest visit and say " your complex grounds are so beautiful ". The staff here is caring, loving and understanding. They are always there when i need anything. Don't let me forget to tell you about the most professional and friendly maintenance staff on this side of the bay. These guys do an awesome job keeping our property running smoothly. If your looking for a nice place to call home consider Audubon Park.....you'll be glad you did.

Audubon Park Apartment Complex LOOK NO FURTHER! LIVE AT AUDUBON! A few months ago I decided to move to Daphne, Alabama to live closer to my new job. While searching around the area starting in Fairhope, up to Daphne, and finally Spanish Fort, I was able to find some great places to live. I looked at both apartments and houses. High up on my list was ALWAYS Audubon Park Apartments. After looking around the Fairhope to Spanish Fort stretch I always seemed to bring myself back to Audubon. The location is great because it is centered between Fairhope and Spanish Fort, with a quick drive to the interstate to get over to Mobile, Alabama and or head over to Pensacola, Florida. With great access to different places in all directions, the great location is a huge benefit to this complex! The staff is fantastic! When I first looked around for a place to live, this staff was so welcoming and I felt like I was home! It was an instant connection with the office staff as well as the polite maintenance crew. My apartment, the 1/1 Magnolia is beautiful, very spacious, and well set up. Between the beautiful wood flooring when you walk into the apartment, entertainment center, big windows that allow for plenty of natural sunlight, a large bedroom with a huge closet as well as French doors to the balcony, separate laundry room, double sink in the bathroom, many deep cabinets in the kitchen and upgraded appliances, and a big balcony with a storage closet, it's an easy choice to pick this complex! The amenities are endless and it's wonderful to have such pretty areas on site that are shaded with big trees. Relaxing down by the pool, working out in the gym, or spending some time down by the fire pit and grilling area is great when you want get out of the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment complex for everyone to live in if you're looking in the area between Fairhope and Spanish Fort! I LOVE LIVING HERE! YOU SHOULD LIVE HERE TOO! :D -Marlee C.
Audubon park apartments are a great place to live for the price. no cutting grass, swimming pool, dog park, car wash. close and convenient to local things as well as mobile.
My experience at Audubon Park has been nothing short of fantastic. The property manager is an absolute doll and will go out of her way to make sure you are comfortable no matter what the circumstances! The leasing girls genuinely care about you and your needs and will do whatever they can to make you happy! The maintenance is the BEST Ive ever encountered. I cant believe I didnt hear about this place earlier! Clean property, very spacious apartments that are incredibly nice for the pricing....I don't see why anyone would lease anywhere else!
I moved in a little over a month ago and love my new home. Al and Chelsea were super helpful and found me the perfect apartment! I enjoy the nature view from my patio and the pool is a great place to hang out. They are very responsive whenever I have any questions. I would definitely recommend Audubon Park to anyone looking for a new place to live!

I am relocating with my family. I was nervous about finding the perfect location and the difficulty in acquiring a place that was pet friendly. I applied online and received a call the very next day. I was so impressed with their fast response and their continued updates through the entire application process. They emailed, called, and texted me with all up-to-date requirements and information needed. They were very professional, organized, and concerned with helping me and answering any questions I had. They were on-time and ready to give me a tour at my scheduled appointment. The apartment community was beautiful and has so many amenities. They were very welcoming. Our apartments here @ Audubon Park Apartments have been under new management and alot of repairs and maintenance is going on.Come check us out!!! The place is really shaping up very nicely. New roofing and buildings freshly painted, updated laundry room,cafe room, workout room, and b.b.q. pits and a fire pit area outside for cool night sitting and conversing..The sizes of the apartments are spacious. Almost everybody here that I have come across have been very nice and friendly.I have enjoyed living here in the park like setting, the surroundings are so peaceful and quiet!!! Try us out for size.....
Audubon is a decent apartment complex to live in. There are always issues wherever you live. Some of the issues we have had here are that we can occasionally hear people above us, we live in an older building so our power and water bills run very high every month, and we have had some bug issues because our building is near a bunch of trees. Overall it is just an average place to live. Rent is nicely priced, the people in the office are nice and helpful for the most part, it is mostly quiet here, and there is almost always enough parking.
Nice apartment. No problems with maintenance. The office staff are semi friendly. The complex is constantly making improvements and also putting in a new playground. It's a little aggravating that after living here a year and never late on rent that we have to reapply just to stay here instead of resigning a new lease. Other than that it's close to all the shops and gas stations. It's about ten miles from interstate.
