Today marks my 2 years at Coral Pointe at the Forum, unfortunately I did end my lease because my fiancé and our two cats decided to leave and get a change in atmosphere at a different apartment complex. I am sad to go because the management team has ALWAYS been very excellent with communication with me and any questions or concerns that I had that were already addressed. Cris and the rest of the maintenance team especially always puts hard work in and will always keep you up to date with any problems (which are rare) that you may have in the unit. Thanks for being my first independent home Coral Pointe!

I have lived here for almost 2 years this coming October and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else especially during this pandemic when times have been hard. I live in The Dune apartment and yes it's small square footage but it has been perfect just for me. I am even more excited because my boyfriend plans on moving in with me and we plan on upgrading to the Coastal Key apartment for more space and so his two cats, who sadly can't stay with me but like to visit, will all be able to live as one big family together. I have seen turn over of property managers and employees since moving here but Chris from Maintenance has been here since I have and will always put you as #1 priority whenever there is an issue with something in your apartment, which has been a rare occasion. He keeps you update to date and well informed until the problem has been solved. I recently met a couple of the new employees yesterday and bummed because I missed the meet and greet with the new Property Manager, but I am excited to continue my stay and relationship with this apartment complex. It's so nice and they have amazing prices.

The property is horrible. The staircases looks like you are in a rough area of town. Trash everywhere. I Don’t feel safe walking in at night. The main gate is always broken and open to the public. Save yourself A lot of headache and find somewhere else.

Bad and rude management, have lowered the price of rent and the quality has dropped since the switch from mosaic to CP. Don’t move here you can find better.
Read your lease They won’t tell you about your utility responsibility or the fact that it’s shared with the community or don’t mention it’s DOUBLE water, trash, sewer you’re responsible for. You pay for pest control that never enters your apt. You hear everything your neighbors do including what’s going on outside. If you need anything from the office good luck. They are rude and seem to not care, and any inconvenience to them is paid for by the tenants. Instead of trying to find new tenants; make the ones that have been there the longest happy and word of mouth will fill your place. Honestly, there’s better choices within the area to call home than this place.
Since the change over in owners this place has gone down hill. I do not do reviews, but in this case I feel I am obligated to future residents. If I could attach pictures I would. Here are some of the issues. Gym never gets cleaned, trash over flows. No one ever answers phones, emergency number don't even bother. I think everyone works part time, no one is ever in the office. Good luck with maintenance, lol. Plants in the pool never get watered and are dying. I just can't! This place is a joke and I have lived in many communities and pay a lot to live here. I'll be breaking my lease to get out, don't mind dropping a couple thousand to get out of this palce.
Mistreated by the staff. A joke! Wasn’t told the truth. Nearly left me homeless :’(
