This amazing room is located in a secluded part of our 3,200 sq. ft. home, and is the only downstairs bedroom. Home is located in highly desirable Spanos Park-West, which boasts the safest residential living in all of Stockton (see the city’s crime map). Our HOA employs a roving security team who patrols the neighborhood 24/7!! For the safety of its residents, every entrance to the community is monitored by cameras. There are tennis courts, clean parks, a man-made lake, clubhouse, community pool, driving range, and country club just blocks away! A large shopping center is located within two miles. Pest control treats the home every month. Yards are serviced weekly by a maintenance team. Zoned HVAC system is only 3 years old, w/ state of the art air filtration system. We also utilize air purifiers and sound machines throughout the home. Home security system is installed and active. Tenants have access to the community pool/clubhouse (open seasonally). Entire house is temperature controlled (maintained at 68-76 degrees, year-round). Security deposit and monthly rent are each $1,300. We offer a 3 month minimum lease agreement, with the opportunity to renew for up to one year. Our typical tenant is a traveling nurse who stays for an average of 4 months, but we are open to long-term renters. Teachers, healthcare professionals, military, and first responders receive $100 off monthly rent and $200 off security deposit :) Room must only be occupied by one person. Couples and pets accepted on a case by case basis. Children cannot be accommodated at this time. Sorry, no exceptions!
