It would be just two or three people living in the house. My space is nicely furnished, and it offers ample privacy and shared living space. I find that balance to be important and I am seeking someone who shares that value. The house is located is Broomfield, CO and has a large, fully fenced in back yard. The room for rent is partially furnished and you are welcome to use or not use anything of the furniture I have. Each of the main bedrooms have their own private bath.
