There is a lake side marina club, tennis, basketball, picnic pavilion, and hiking trails and the house is centrally located, within 2 miles of all activities - Deep Creek lake, Wisp Resort - golf, hiking, downhill mountain biking and coaster, fun center, white water rafting, boating, indoor swimming, etc. We are now booking spring and summer weeks/weekends. We also offer a seasonal lease May/June - July. For further info please email, we are very good at responding to inquires. Rates are as follows: $1250 - weekend (F-S) $2500 - weekly $4750 - monthly Cleaning - + $150 Optional : Linens $100 Pets/dog - $75
