The den includes a home office with an electric adjustable standing desk and printer for those looking to work remotely. The apartment has a portable air conditioner for those warm days and nights. The garage height is 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m), so if you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. Bicycle storage is on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to bring your own cable and lock. Located just a few minutes from the bustling Victoria downtown core, The Mondrian is nestled in an area brimming with Victoria's popular entertainment venues. Essential facilities are easily accessible by foot, bike, or public transportation. Residents can enjoy the convenience of having shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies within arm's reach. Check-in starts at 4 pm PST. You will receive important check-in information via email and text message with the instructions 7 days before arrival. You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay, with a parking fob for the parking garage and an access fob for the lobby and elevator. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, and fines will be issued for such. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Victoria is the busy, vibrant, and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada, and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation, there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core and elsewhere. There could be some daytime noise, but it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria. Includes an electric adjustable standing desk and printer. A laptop computer is not included.
