The carriage house, which can be rented separately, includes both a queen bed and a futon. The driveway is shared for both the main house and the carriage house, with two parking spots available for the main house and one spot for the carriage house. An additional parking spot is available in the front yard for the main house. Located in a very peaceful family neighborhood, this home offers a tranquil setting while still being conveniently accessible to both downtown Savannah and Tybee Island beach. The home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors, which includes stocking it with fish. Taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. This is a quiet family neighborhood, and outdoor noise should be refrained from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Early check-in requires additional effort and is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older. There is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Usage of the hot tub and going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk. The home is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels without recording audio. Tampering with the device will result in a notification. Do not use the basketball court if only the main house is rented, as it may cause noise issues for guests in the carriage house.
