The main house has 3 bedrooms and the carriage house has a queen bed and a futon. Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. Located in a peaceful family neighborhood, this home offers a perfect fusion of convenience and natural beauty. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make-up or clean something that could stain them. Usage of the hot tub as well as going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk. There is a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels, but does not record audio. If the device is tampered with, a notification will be sent. Taking fish out of the lake is not allowed.
