Smoking inside and/or tampering with smoke/CO detectors will result in an immediate voiding of the lease agreement and removal from the property, as well as charges for cleaning fees. Pets are allowed as long as they are permitted according to local city, county, and state guidelines as well as lease agreement. Each pet is an additional $100/month to the rent unless otherwise agreed upon with owner. Renter required to clean up after your pet both inside and outside the house, as well as any mess or destruction of property caused by the pet (including but not limited to: pet hair, pet odor, pet waste, etc.). You also must ensure that pets are not a nuisance or threat to neighbors' safety, property, or pets, as well as wildlife.
