The upstairs bedrooms are set up as two large primary suites (15x12 and 15x13) each with private baths, large walk-in closets and cathedral ceilings. Each upstairs bedroom comes with a floor air conditioner for your use. Just across the driveway there is ample parking and lots of open green space with walking trails. Brand new carpet and wood floors throughout the townhome! Included in the rent is trash removal, snow removal and HOA fees. Renter is responsible for all utilities including water/sewer, electricity, gas and internet. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and require an additional pet deposit and monthly pet fee. Minimum 1 year lease with multi-year lease discount available- pets negotiable on a case by case basis- no smoking of any kind allowed- tenant will be provided a copy of the HOA rules and regulations- references are required. Inquire for a copy of the lease. Terms are negotiable. $30 fee is the application fee. Woodmoor Water deposit of $200 is due at lease signing. This is refundable once you pay your last water bill after move out.
