Brand new carpet and wood floors throughout the townhome! Included in the rent is trash removal, snow removal and HOA fees. Renter is responsible for all utilities including water/sewer, electricity, gas and internet. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and require an additional pet deposit and monthly pet fee. Minimum 1 year lease with multi-year lease discount available- pets negotiable on a case by case basis- no smoking of any kind allowed- tenant will be provided a copy of the HOA rules and regulations- references are required. Inquire for a copy of the lease. Terms are negotiable. $30 fee is the application fee. Woodmoor Water deposit of $200 is due at lease signing.
