The brand new Collier county park -Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park is a just 3 minutes way and it has a massive playground, 6 pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 2 softball fields, and more. This property is available for self showings so you can set up your own showing that works around your schedule! One month holding deposit and a fully completed online application from all applicants is required to process. All applications accepted online at with $40 per person screening fee.
