Note walls are back to beige and gray now. Apartment comes unfurnished. Private entrance. Very private unit in back of house. Utilities included in rent ($150 a month). Nice kitchen with granite counter tops. Hardwood throughout. Good closets and storage. Easy walking distance to restaurants/bars Easy biking distance to midtown, Emory, CDC and downtown.
