About This Property

Very nice 2 bedrooms and one bathroom townhouse for sublease just a couple of blocks away from OSU campus. Full basement with washer and dryer hookups (for electric dryer). If needed we can sell you the washer and dryer we are using. 900 sqft on two floors + full basement (450 sqft) for a total of 1.350 sqft. Gas stove and gas central heating. It is the perfect location. Safe neighborhood and walking or biking distance to OSU campus. There is also Kroger very close. We are looking for someone to take over our lease from October 1 (or October 4-5 if it is more convenient for you) through June of 2019, with an option to renew.
