The Flamingo Suite features everything you could need for a relaxing stay with bright, open-plan living and a gorgeous kitchen. The spacious lounge provides a comfortable place to gather together after a day at the beach with over 100+ channels to choose from on the big screen. The powder white kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including a Keurig coffee machine. Step out onto the covered back patio to take in the cool ocean breeze with a lovely sitting area. Please note that the yard and pool are shared with the neighboring suites. Free parking is included with your stay and there is plenty of off-street parking. The Flamingo suite is located just one block from the white sandy beach on the stunning Anastasia Island. The Island shares the rich and varied history that St. Augustine and its historic district holds. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants all with a laid-back, breezy vibe giving you the ideal place to escape the crowds of the St. Augustine downtown area. Just one block from the suite is the gorgeous St. Augustine Beach. Here you’ll find seaside restaurants, shops, and St. John’s County Ocean Pier Park. May hear guests in the adjoining unit. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in.
