Paradise Palms is centrally located just one block from the white sandy beach on the stunning Anastasia Island. There is potential for noise, as you may hear guests in the adjoining unit. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours.
