This spacious home offers a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a pullout sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. Two living rooms provide ample space for relaxation and gathering. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from cookware to coffee makers, and includes a breakfast nook. Enjoy shared multiple decks with outdoor dining, lounge furniture, an outdoor propane grill, hot tub, and stunning canyon views. Ask about our add-ons including early check-in, late check-out, Pack 'n Play crib, beach wagon, surf and boogie boards, pets policy, EV charging, and car rentals to save the hassle of the rental agency. The shared carport includes an EV charger and free street parking with no restrictions for convenient parking. EV charging is available at non-peak hours only (11 pm-7 am), and you will be charged based on the kilowatt hours you use. EVs have priority in the carport parking spot. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. Undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet. The neighborhood is both peaceful and central, with Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, local coffee shops, parks, and beaches within walking distance. Biking and scootering are easy with rental options nearby. This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property, including noise levels, temperature, and motion, to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and neighbors are not disturbed. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Please do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, locks, etc., as fees will apply. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200, and guests will be responsible for any overages. Stairs and terraces abound, so please supervise children and always use the provided handrails. Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee.
