DOUBLE SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED. All adult applicants must apply online. $50 nonrefundable application fee per adult applicant. We run credit,criminal,eviction history and verify income. Pets may be considered on a case by case basis for well qualified applicants with an additional monthly pet rent.
