We may possibly consider allowing a mellow pet, but only on a case by case basis and an additional pet deposit/fee. Home was heavily renovated four years ago w/new refrigerator and stove, walls were painted in neutral color scheme, bathroom remodel with refinished antique tub, new sink, vanity lighting, cabinets and flooring, newly refinished hardwood floors in dining room and family room, ten new thermopane windows & blinds throughout home, new interior doors, new brushed nickel door knobs and new ceiling light fixtures throughout home, carpeting in all three bedrooms and staircase. House has an unfinished basement with washer/dryer, a shower, sink, vanity & mirror (not counted as a second bathroom), and plenty of additional open storage space. There is a detached 1-car garage available for use for vehicle during late fall, winter and early spring spring months (negotiable, discuss w/property owner), garage is available for storage/workshop use entire lease. We are not a management company and do not do online applications prior to showings. We are a private owner. Applications are provided at showings and both employment and income verification, as well as references for each adult over 18 living who will be living in home regardless of employment status will be requested. The home is available now, with a lease ending May 31, 2019. Rent is $1075/mo.(possibly negotiable) Tenant pays utilities & water/sewer/garbage and lawn maintenance. If you choose to have property management cut grass, there will be an additional charge for lawn maintenance. Home is managed by the owner who also does most repairs/servicing as needed.
