Office space can function as an additional bedroom space for guests. Den provides built in cabinets and shelving. Decked back patio, fenced backyard with full green space views. Tenants are responsible for providing their own washer and dryer during the lease term. This property is located in an age restricted community. Tenants must be 55 years of age or older to lease this property. Owner provides the lawn maintenance and pays the yearly HOA dues. Tenants will be responsible for the rental amount, utilities, pest control, renter's insurance and the watering of the landscaping at the property per the City of Georgetown guidelines. Smoking is not permitted. Owner will consider a small dog (less than 20lbs) during a lease term at the property. Medium/large dogs and cats are not permitted.
