Located on a sandy beach near the mouth of the Piscataqua River with a view of two lighthouses, Maine and sailing/shipping action galore! Watch glorious sunrises, walk through the picturesque town of New Castle to the superb Lil’s Café, six minute drive to downtown Portsmouth. Fall asleep in the primary bedroom with the sound of the waves outside the window, and awake to lobster boats gathering their catch right off the beach. The house sleeps 11, 5 of those in the “bunk room.” Fully furnished in an upscale beach vibe by a talented interior designer, a visual feast awaits you with original artwork, beautiful fabrics and a happy vibe. Family dinners are enjoyed at a large table overlooking the beach and harbor. The family uses the home in the summer but offers it for rent in the other three seasons. One renter for October to June 15 (flexible date) is preferred.
