The ceiling in the kitchen is that "sculptured" metal panel style. Very cute! The residents of this apartment have full use of the "walk-around" attic for storage. Plus there are laundry hook-ups in the basement for gas or electric dryer. Heat and hot water are with gas, plus--with being on the 2nd floor--you will benefit from heat rise from the 1st floor. All of the windows have recently been replaced with energy efficient vinyl replacement windows AND the attic is fully insulated with blown fiberglass insulation!
