The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 10535 Lindley Avenue
Do not move here with the current manager! The building is okay. Not really clean. Decent sized units, great shopping and location. You can walk to a lot places. The manager SUCKS. She will turn off the water and not tell you, never fix things even when you ask. She is never there so if you have an issue you are stuck on your own. Laundry room is always filthy. Once we had no dryers for 6 months. It's sad. I would love living here if it wasn't for her. Mr. Yao, get rid of her!!
The manager is a joke. She is never around! Be prepared to have the water cut off for no reason and everything is always filthy. Avoid at all cost!
