Great Start
This is a perfect place to start for anyone who wants to live in a good neighborhood. The apartment building itself is well maintained and monitored by cameras; the crew is incredibly helpful and friendly, monthly newsletters are provided from the manager himself to keep tenants updated on renovations and other events. Unlike other apartments in this area, the parking lot and front area are as well maintained by the manager as the rest of the building. There is a small patio out back for use and laundry machines are on the bottom floor and a small garage for bad weather. It's close to two schools, fire department, an expansive family park and two gas stations. A great start for those who are renting for the first time, couples or just looking for a small space to call their own.
