The patio can also be accessed through the garage independent of this room. ~The Second Floor~ After proceeding upstairs, the main level houses a large dining room with ample seating for 10 (2 long benches, and 2 chairs). Stunning bespoke bookshelves and a gas fireplace complete the room, which is just off of our luxury kitchen. The kitchen features a gas range, microwave, stove, granite countertops with live edges, and all you will need to cook up a delicious meal. Kitchen is also furnished with utensils and cookware. A half-bath is located just off the kitchen for you and your guests' convenience. Additionally, our first of 2 balcony spaces is off of the dining area, featuring 6 padded rocking chairs-- a perfect place to converse with friends. Finally, this floor features our second bedroom, the Master Suite. This suite has a King bed, a small seating area for two, and a large, luxurious white marble bathroom. The bathroom has its own water closet, two vanities, a large walk-in closet (hangers provided), and a jacuzzi soaking tub/shower combination. ~The Third Floor~ Our third and final floor was designed with a movie gathering in mind. The stairway leads up to another living space, where we have included a desk area for those who may need to work from home. This hallway leads to our Movie Room," boasting leather reclining couches and chairs, and plenty of floor cushions for everyone to snuggle in to watch together. The bookshelves surrounding the TV contain fun games and puzzles for the entire family. Off of this living space is the second balcony, which is smaller than the first and has 2 chairs for those who may prefer a quiet place to converse. This balcony is covered and made for you and a friend to sit out and enjoy a summer rain in the evening. Our final two bedrooms are located on this floor. The first bedroom is a second King bedroom, featuring a small dresser, end tables, King bed, closet, and private bathroom with a glass door shower. This one is just so lovely. The second bedroom features two full beds and a large closet. The large en suite bathroom contains a double vanity, traditional tub/shower combination, and toilet. With plenty of places to gather together, this house is furnished as the new standard in downtown, turnkey housing."
