Andra has consistently been recognized as an award-winning top producer in the greater Fort Worth, Texas area for over twenty years. Her commitment to on-going education and her genuine enthusiasm is evident in her work with first-time and longtime clients. Andra has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program and volunteers in her community and on various local, state, and national committees. In 2013 she chaired her local Texas Real Estate Political Action committee and has served in Governmental Affairs for many years. On the state level she serves on hearing panels, grievance tribunals, arbitration hearings, appeal hearings, mediation and as an ombudsman for the Texas Realtors Professional Standards committee. At the national level she has served four terms with the State and Local Issues Policy Committee for the National Association of Realtors. A true cowgirl at heart, Beatty qualified four times for the Women's Professional Rodeo Association Finals in two events and previously served six years as a board member of the North Texas High School Rodeo Association. She is a charter member of the National Cowgirl Hall of Fame and Museum and a 2020 Inductee to the Texas Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame.
