This summer rental term is from Friday before Memorial day to Labor day. The rent is $10000 rent + $500 water/sewer deposit + electric. The security deposit is 15% of the rent so $1500. To take the property off the market the $1500 security deposit is required. The interior contains 2 closets and a wardrobe closet for storage of clothing. Appliance package includes: 1) LG refrigerator/freezer 2) Kenmore microwave 3) New Lennox Central Air 4) New Bedroom Ceiling fan 5) New Rinnai natural gas instantaneous hot water heater Home features: 1) Solid Oak hardwood floors throughout with matching solid Oak baseboard molding 2) Ceramic tiled bath with marble thresholds 3) Mirrored walls in the living room 4) Large sofa sectional pit 5) Breakfast bar complete with 2 oak bar stools 6) Large new cement patio with a white vinyl picnic table. Exterior dimensions are 19.8 x 19.72 = 390.45 square feet. Certificate of Occupancy = 2 (number of legal occupants as determined by Borough). Real Estate Agent works for and is paid by the Landlord.
