Full laundry and a small fenced in yard with a sprinkler system and raised garden space is available for use. The house is on a quiet drive, about 1.5 miles from campus and has 3 parking spaces. Rent includes housekeeper twice a month & garbage/recycle pickup. The utilities (water, sewer, electricity & WiFi) are divided equally between the 3 occupants. Each bedroom will have its own rental agreement. The Primary Bedroom (RENTED)is a large room and has it’s own attached bathroom, a large closet with an additional small storage closet, and a large window seat (which is long enough for a twin mattress). This bedroom is $1,100 + security deposit and 1/3 monthly utilities. Separate rental contract for each room. THIS ROOM IS RENTED!!
