We offer a pet-friendly place at this property. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Due to recent hurricane damage, the basement level of this property is temporarily unavailable. This means the two queen beds, one bathroom, and the kitchenette typically located downstairs cannot be accessed. Additionally, on-site laundry facilities are not operational at this time. To account for these adjustments, we’ve discounted the rates to ensure you still receive great value during your stay. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
