This rental is great for those who are here temporarily for work, doing work on their property etc. The area is known to have lots of wildlife activity as well as walking trails, ponds, and a large park with tennis/pickleball courts. You'll be located just 10 min from Red Rocks Amphitheater and numerous hiking trails. All utilities included as well as internet and Roku TV. Just show up with your suitcase and sense of adventure. Owner lives onsite.
