Hi there! I'm looking to rent out a room in my condo. The rent will be $1100 per month and will include all utilities, laundry, plus designated carport parking. The room is spacious with a nice-sized closet and a sliding door to the back patio. The bath/shower is shared, but the sink space will be all yours since I have my own sink in the master, and there is an extra half-bath upstairs. All common spaces are shared. It is a corner unit with tons of light! I am looking for a female roommate. Please note that photos were taken while the condo was staged for selling. Furniture will be different. Room comes unfurnished. Me: Female, 31 years old Elementary school teacher I have a small dog named Teddy who loves other dogs! I am allergic to cats, however. I enjoy performing in theatre, hanging out with my family, and drinking wine.
