We quickly can enjoy the South Bay beaches, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and "the strand" beach walk. ABOUT THE ROOM: Private unfurnished bedroom with hardwood floors. INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, wireless internet, electric, gas, water, trash, a reserved parking spot, on-site coin-operated washer and dryer. The bathroom is shared with 1 other clean roommate. ABOUT US: There is a quiet friendly vibe to the house. There are rarely to never at all any guests over, no one smokes and some of the housemates occasionally drink.
