ABOUT THE ROOM: This is private master bedroom with ensuite private bath, very large mirrored closet, tile floor in the bedroom and tile floors in the bathroom. ABOUT US: We are a group of folks that are quiet, clean, easy to communicate/get along with and we are looking for a person that can vibe with us to join our house. Current housemates are coed and include: young professionals working at LAX, UCLA and other professionals. The home has a large shared common area including a kitchen with private pantry and private refrigerator area, a large living room, dining room, a laundry room. There is a quiet friendly vibe to the house. There are rarely to never at all any guests over, no one smokes and some of the housemates occasionally drink.
