Jtown is consistently in Leo Weekly (local newsletter) being voted #1 in all kinds of areas. If you're not familiar with the area; Jeffersontown is finite, limited space and an area that has vastly improved in recent years - here's your chance to be close to all the excitement without all of the crowds! This unit is located in the basement of a three bedroom two bath in the vantage pointe neighborhood. Parking is on the street, as it has been for the past 11 years, and there is a side entrance on the side of the house creating a private entrance to your apartment. Lawn care is taken care of for you but utilities are your responsibility. The unit is no-smoking and pets are not allowed. We are open to shorter leases for qualified applicants.

If you're a homebody there is still a lot to offer as you'll see when you walk in the front door. There is a vaulted ceiling and wallpaper accent wall that complements the draperies perfectly! The draperies in every room stay with the unit upon rental btw. One thing you might not notice at first is the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms - this is perfect if you have little ones or teenagers that are noisy on occasion. The kitchen has a bar top and a built-in kitchen table that can seat around 10 people depending upon how friendly you are and the back porch has plenty of room for seating and a table but don't get your hopes up about he hot tub - it's not staying :( One last thing you'll appreciate is the 2-car garage with a ton of room for storage if needed. Lawn care is taken care of for you and utilities are divided up via the RUBS method (Ration Utility Billy System)based upon number of occupants and water sources per unit. The unit is no-smoking, no dogs, and you can expect bi-monthly inspections to ensure the property is being respected. We are open to shorter leases for qualified applicants and last but not least there is a tenant downstairs; you can see the separate entrance on the side of the house and that tenant parks out front on the street so you will likely never know they exist but it is important to keep in mind. Neither tenant has access to other unit, nothing is shared, it's all separate spaces.
