Enjoy the outdoor living area furnished with plenty of lounge seating and outdoor dining space, a backyard fire pit, and a large backyard deck for enjoying the lake. A stand-up paddleboard and a single-person kayak are available for guest use. This secluded Beaver Lake home is 5.2 miles from Lost Bridge Marina and a 2-mile boat ride from Rocky Branch Marina. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; an unapproved party or event will result in a $1000 fine. This property is not pet-friendly; pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home; smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Wi-Fi is satellite and is not designed to handle streaming or other high-speed requiring options. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake.
