Approx. 1500sq. ft of beautiful living space. There is plenty of storage throughout. On the bottom floor you'll find the one car garage, a dedicated office space with its own full bathroom. You will go up the steps to a beautiful open concept living, dining, kitchen area with a 1/2 bath. You'll continue up the steps to the two master suites each with their own private full bathrooms. You'll also find the laundry hookups conveniently located on this floor also. Rent is $1600 per month with a $1600 security deposit due up front. Pets will need to be preapproved by the owners. Only smaller dogs will be considered, as there are breed restrictions. If approved, there is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit and an additional $25 per month pet rent, per pet. Rent includes trash, lawn, and water. Tenant responsible for electric and internet. One year lease required. No smoking and only approved animals. Any adult that will live in the home will be required to complete an application. We require proof of income, rental references, credit score of 680 or higher, and a background check to be completed. The background fee is $32.95 per applicant.
