About This Property
2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse style apartment. Washer/dryer installed. Water, sewer, trash paid. Rents for $505 with a $450 deposit. First month's rent and deposit must be paid before you can move in. Please call our office if you'd like to make an appointment to see it. Please call or email us if you'd like to put in an application. If you submit an application through the website, I won't be able to access it. If you plan to apply for an apartment, it's a good idea to put down $100 towards the deposit to put a hold on it to avoid it being rented out from under you. We do not have any interior pictures of the property. We only allow one pet, a dog or a cat, 20 lbs or less full grown. It adds $15 to the rent and $500 to the deposit. Unfortunately, we do not offer any rent specials. Leases are for one year. On everything but houses, we can offer a six-month lease for $50 extra a month for your entire stay.
