Tenants will be responsible for providing their own washer and dryer during their lease term. The age requirement to lease this property is 55 years of age or older (this property is located in an age restricted community). The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging and blowing). Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance will be up to the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, utilities and the pest control at the property.
